Psychiatric

Medications can play a role in improving most mental health conditions. Generally speaking, research supports that the most effective treatments for most mental health conditions involve a combination of medications and psychotherapy. With certain conditions, multiple medications may be required. Licensed by the State of Michigan, all treating psychiatric providers are part of the multidisciplinary treatment team and will consult with agency practitioners for the best possible outcomes. Psychiatric services include evaluation, second opinions, prescribed medications, genetic testing for medication efficacy, and treatment monitoring.

In coordination with local universities and hospitals, we provide training opportunities to State of Michigan licensed Psychiatric Residents. Promoting a culture and commitment to the highest quality of care, we encourage life-long learning, enhanced knowledge, clinical and professional skills, compassionate behavior, and caring attitudes. Our coordinated effort with the psychiatry residency program is dedicated to the successful training outcome of each psychiatric resident.
