Co-Occurring

Treatment for both mental health symptoms and addiction has historically presented barriers to swift program admission. Eliminating barriers through a zero-exclusionary approach and no wait list, service entry is readily available. Understanding that co-occurring disorders can have biological, psychological, and social components, our multidisciplinary team embraces a welcoming, no-wrong-door philosophy with a realistic approach to treatment readiness. Co-occurring practitioners are trained in evidence-supported individual and group interventions to support increased intrinsic motivation that supports recovery and improved quality of life. With integrated treatment, practitioners can address mental health and addiction at the same time. Treatment interventions are designed to meet the readiness and level of care needs of each individual.
